Dish 11) Zucchini Slice
Well I finally made this dish! I tried a really yummy zucchini slice many years ago and thought I might try my hand. I used this recipe from Taste.com.au but it lacked the flavour of the one i tried once upon a time IMO. Maybe one day I'll get given a really finely-tuned recipe and it will rock my socks off! Oh i added some carrot to the recipe...
