my first home-made bento lunch

I made Japanese a few nights ago and used the left overs to make myself a lovely summer lunch for work! I picked up this red bento box in Japan last November and this is sadly the first time i have used it. BUT i do plan to use it more often. I just have to cook more Japanese first :P

I had salmon and avocado sushi, with Japanese potato salad and teriyaki chicken! mmmm. i wish i had this today :(
